The HT-500B comes from Taikan's B-Series of tapping centres, part of a tapping-centre range with more than 100,000 machines delivered worldwide. A 24,000 rpm BT30 spindle, 48 m/min rapids on all three axes and a 21-tool changer keep cycle times short on aluminium and small steel parts.
